2026 - CLASSES AND EVENTS 

THE SPIRIT OF SOUND~ explore the spiritual path of vocal attunement

A five week experiential class exploring how we can use our voices in vibrational practices that connect, balance, and recharge body, mind & spirit.

This class provides tools for participants to:

·      Understand we are all vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe, our bodies already wired for frequency, energy and vibration.

·      Experience vocal meditation and vocal embodiment, moving naturally between thinking and feeling states of awareness

·      Learn and practice basic voice yoga techniques and practices - using the energy of the voice as a tool for transforming consciousness

·      Learn a variety of chants, mantras and ‘pocket’ songs for daily use in uplifting our frequency, tuning our voices, clearing energy patterns, releasing emotional blocks and connecting with self and others

·      Sing and sound together, connect & inspire each other through community music-making

The ancients knew the power of opening their voice in chant and song. When we rise as community in sound, we access this power and our connection to spirit grows deeper & stronger.

By sounding our voices, we move from thinking to feeling, from head to heart, awakening the soul through vibration.

No requirements other than to be openminded and willing to use your voice! This class is open to all.

Class meetings start on Monday April 13th from 6:30 – 8:00pm. Class fee $180
